- Full refunds are available within 14 days of course enrollment for any reason
- Partial refunds may be considered within 30 days if less than 25% of course materials have been accessed
- Technical issues preventing course access will be resolved with full refunds regardless of timeframe
- Medical emergencies or family circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis

Email us at info@digitalflowforce.com with your enrollment details and reason for the refund request. Include your full name and course registration information.
Review Period
Our team reviews your request within 2-3 business days. We'll check your course progress and verify eligibility according to our policy terms.
Confirmation
You'll receive an email confirmation with refund details and expected processing timeframes. We'll also provide a reference number for tracking.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Credit cards typically take 5-7 business days, while bank transfers may take 7-10 days.

Special Circumstances
Life happens, and we understand that sometimes circumstances change unexpectedly. Here's how we handle different situations:
- Course Postponement: If you can't start immediately, we offer course date transfers up to 12 months with no penalty
- Technical Difficulties: Platform issues or content accessibility problems qualify for immediate full refunds
- Course Content Changes: Major curriculum modifications during your enrollment period allow for refund requests
- Instructor Changes: If your primary instructor changes within the first month, refunds are available upon request
Payment Method Details
Refunds are always processed back to your original payment method. Here's what to expect based on how you paid:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days after approval. May appear as pending for 1-2 additional days
- Bank Transfers: 7-10 business days. International transfers may take up to 15 business days
- Digital Wallets: 3-5 business days for most providers. Some may process instantly
- Installment Plans: We'll refund completed payments and cancel remaining scheduled charges
Important: Refunds cannot be processed to different payment methods or accounts for security reasons.
